It has been hard
accepting love as is.
Waiting for something,
looking for something devious,
something to prove it all wrong.
I only find his kind eyes and warm heart,
comforting me, knowing that he loves me,
only me.
I look deeper, delve deeper searching for another,
only to find me, only me.
What have I been looking for?
